JICUF 教員助成金申請にご興味をお持ちいただき、ありがとうございます。申請にあたって、以下の点にご注意ください。
- JICUF職員との面談の予約 (推奨): 申請前には、JICUF職員との面談をお勧めします。プログラムマネージャーの Fernando Rojas (frojas@jicuf.org) とオンライン面談を設定するか、JICUFのICUオフィス（ERB-1 ＃123−124）を訪れてください。
- 申請ガイドラインの確認: 必要な情報はすべて https://www.jicuf.org/faculty-grants/?lang=ja に掲載されています。特に「申請方法」と「助成プロジェクトのガイドライン」のセクションをご覧ください。
- 新規申請者の方へ: 教員助成金申請フォームにアクセスするには、Submittableアカウントが必要です。初めて申請される方で、Submittableアカウントを新規作成する場合は、可能であれば ICU 以外のメールアドレスを使用することをお勧めします。
- フォーム言語: 申請書は英語または日本語のいずれかで提出することができます。どちらの言語で提案書を提出しても有利不利はありません。日英どちらかの言語を選択してください。
- 共同研究者: チームでプロジェクトに取り組む場合、チームメンバーを共同研究者として追加することができます。共同作業の方法については、ここをクリックしてください http://submittable.help/en/articles/3654810-inviting-collaborators-on-submissions-and-additional-forms。

Thank you for your interest in applying for JICUF Faculty Grants funding. Below are some helpful tips as you apply!
- SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH JICUF (RECOMMENDED): Applicants are advised to meet with JICUF staff before submitting an application. Email Program Manager Fernando Rojas at frojas@jicuf.org to schedule a meeting OR visit the JICUF office at ICU in ERB-I 123/124).
- REVIEW APPLICATION GUIDELINES: All the information you need is available at https://www.jicuf.org/faculty-grants/. Pay particular attention to the How to Apply and Project Guidelines sections.
- FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS: To access the SDG Project application form, you must have a Submittable account. If you are a first-time applicant creating a new Submittable account, we recommend that you use a non-ICU email address, if possible.
- FORM LANGUAGE: You can submit your application in either English or Japanese. There is no advantage to submitting your proposal in one language or the other. However, you must select the language in order to see the full application.
- COLLABORATORS: If you are working on a project in teams, you can add teammates as collaborators. Click here to learn how to add them so that you can all work on the application together, in real-time!
The next application submission due date is May 1, 2024, at 23:59. Be sure to submit your application early to avoid any technical difficulties. Email us at grants@jicuf.org if you have any questions or concerns.
