Thank you for your interest in applying for the Nelson Ranch Scholarship, a needs-based scholarship offered by the Japan ICU Foundation to pursue an undergraduate degree at International Christian University, in Tokyo, Japan. 

In order to be eligible for the Nelson Ranch Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a United States citizen (dual citizens, including U.S. / Japanese citizens are eligible).
• Reside in the United States (U.S. Military Base residents are not eligible.).
• Have applied and been admitted to ICU through the English Language Based Admissions (first application period) for entry in September 2026.
• Demonstrate commitment to ICU's Christian ethos and to the Christian faith.
• Demonstrate financial need.

Applications are due on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Although the application autosaves periodically, make sure to save your progress at the bottom of the page!
